ONE Championship Unveils Star-Studded Lineup For 2026 Flyweight Muay Thai World Grand Prix
A reigning World Champion, veterans, and rising stars collide in one of the most loaded tournaments the sport has seen.

Eight of the finest flyweight Muay Thai stars on the planet are set to collide in what could be the most stacked tournament the sport has ever seen.
ONE Chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong took to Facebook on Tuesday, September 22, to reveal the blockbuster eight-man lineup for the 2026 ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Grand Prix.
The field brings together the man currently on top, former ONE World Champions, seasoned veterans, and rising stars from four different countries – each with their own case for why they belong at the top of the bracket.
Part of Chatri’s post read:
“I am thrilled to announce the greatest world grand prix in history for Muay Thai! Get ready for fireworks in November!
“Stay tuned for news on the fights, the brackets, and the grand prize for the ONE Flyweight World Grand Prix! LET’S GOOOOO!!!”
Leading off the announcement is none other than reigning ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion Asadula “The Dagestan Ninja” Imangazaliev.
The 23-year-old Russian has been untouchable throughout his career, a form he carried straight into ONE, reeling off seven knockout wins across eight appearances to earn his shot at the then-vacant divisional gold against Aslamjon “El Pantera” Ortikov in the main event of The Inner Circle 20.
There, the undefeated Russian edged the Uzbekistani warrior to claim the 26 pounds of gold. Their paths could cross once more, with the latter confirmed as the next name added to the Grand Prix. Before that loss, Ortikov won 10 straight promotional fights en route to a perfect 24-0 record.
Also joining the fray are two Thai titans: former ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Champion Rodtang “The Iron Man” Jitmuangnon and former bantamweight ruler Nong-O Hama.
Rodtang will look for the 275th win of his career and take a step closer to reclaiming the sport’s most coveted prize. The 29-year-old most recently squared off with Takeru “Natural Born Krusher” Segawa across an unforgettable two-fight saga.
Nong-O, the former ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Champion, arrives with 268 career wins and a well-earned reputation for delivering fireworks no matter the occasion.
Next up is Shimon Yoshinari, who has gone unbeaten across seven outings on the global stage, stopping Suablack Tor Pran49 in round two of his last appearance at ONE SAMURAI 3 earlier this month in Yokohama, Japan.
Joining him is Black Panther, who enters the tournament on a six-fight winning streak. The 26-year-old Thai will be eager to prove he belongs among the sport’s very best.
Rounding out the field are two of the sport’s brightest young stars, 19-year-old Ramadan “The Scorpion” Ondash and 20-year-old phenom Ubaid “Bad” Hussain – both eager to prove age is nothing but a number against seasoned company.
Ondash, who hails from Lebanon, has looked sharper with every outing since joining the promotion, most recently edging Johan “Jojo” Ghazali this past July.
Meanwhile, the young Englishman arrives fresh off the biggest achievement of his career, securing a life-changing US$100,000 main roster contract with an eighth straight win on the global stage at The Inner Circle 28, which extended his slate to a flawless 17-0.
Whatever the permutations look like once the bracket is revealed, one thing is already certain: fireworks are guaranteed, and sparks are ready to fly. Eight world-class warriors, one prestigious silver strap, and a tournament shaping up to be one for the ages.
