Full Card Revealed For The Inner Circle 28 On August 28

ONE Championship returns to Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on Friday, August 28, with another exclusive card for members streaming live at live.onefc.com.

The Inner Circle 28 features a bantamweight Muay Thai main event between one of Thailand’s most experienced weekly platform performers and a European striker looking for a career-defining statement. The card also showcases a sharp Thai technician against one of the division’s most dangerous punchers.

Topping the card is a bantamweight Muay Thai bout between Worapon Lukjaoporongtom and Lenny Blasi. Worapon has turned 2026 into his personal highlight reel. The 23-year-old Thai southpaw opened the year with a head kick knockout of contracted Myanmar Lethwei Champion Soe “Man of Steel” Lin Oo at ONE Friday Fights 139.

The finish was one that no one else in the bantamweight division had managed, not Nabil Anane, not Seksan “The Man Who Yields To No One” Or Kwanmuang. He followed it up with a first-round stoppage of Arthur “Codjoe” Brossier at ONE Friday Fights 145 and a hard-fought unanimous decision over Tom “No Time” Casse at ONE Friday Fights 153. Three wins in 2026 alone, with the six-figure contract firmly in his sights.

Blasi is the Italian striker who has been a force on the weekly platform since his debut, building a reputation for high-volume, aggressive Muay Thai that is entertaining from the first bell. A win over a fighter of Worapon’s caliber would be by far the biggest of his career and would immediately place him in the conversation for a contract of his own.

In the co-main event, Rambong Sor Therapat faces Chartpayak Saksatoon in a flyweight Muay Thai matchup between two fighters who know exactly what is at stake.

Rambong has been a fixture on the weekly platform with 15 appearances, and he arrives on a three-fight winning run looking to make it four. A win here over a fighter of Chartpayak’s proven quality would be the kind of result that accelerates a career overnight.

Chartpayak is one of the series’ most decorated performers, having gone 7-0 in ONE before suffering his first promotional loss to Ramadan “The Scorpion” Ondash at ONE Friday Fights 114 — a frantic back-and-forth bout that saw both men score knockdowns before the Lebanese star sealed the finish in round two.

Since then, Chartpayak has rebuilt himself with characteristic determination, earning three wins out of four bouts to reassert himself as a genuine contract contender. His lethal left hook has ended fights at every stage, and he brings that finishing threat into every exchange.
